Super excursion avec des paysages vraiment splendides et variés. La guide était très professionnelle et nous a donné beaucoup d’informations pratiques et utiles pour profiter au mieux de notre séjour.

Petit retard au pick-up le matin, mais rien de grave et bien géré.

Do not consider taking this trip . It was disorganised and there was not an English guide on our minibus .
The guide who was embarrassingly dreadful was in a minibus in front of us .
We were not told this would be the case .
She relayed through a walking talkie placed in our minibus bus . 75% of what she said was in Dutch,
Our first stop was to collect a walkie talkie from the depot after we had been picked up in Puerto Mogan.
The itinerary we had been given was not followed and there was nothing to suggest it would be changed.
We had no free time , the longest stop anywhere was 20-30 minutes and wherever the bus stopped there was a long walk. mainly up hill. It was unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues,
Anything interesting to see we were not able to get to in the time given.
On the itinerary there was a lunch stop at Tejeda of an hour which they changed to twenty minutes .
There were lovely places to eat and walk but we had to get back on the bus and were taken to a restaurant 15 minutes away in a small village not on the itinerary where there was nothing to see . The restaurant was ghastly.
It was very clear the guide and drivers were known and sat down for their free meals,
Wherever we went the toilet facilities were closed .
We stopped several times for ten minute cigarette breaks for guide and drivers .
The guide was not informative showed know interest in us and to be honest all we heard from her on the walkie talkie was her life history .She talked about crime on the Island , immigrants , how many cigarettes we were allowed to buy . She offered to send cigarettes home to England for us and sports shoes and explained how to avoid tax.
The company who sold us this trip clearly know there are issues as there is another review highlighting similar problems,
I do believe that we should have been offered recompense as the trip was 72 euros.
My last concern was the lack of confidence in the driver. He had tremors which were very concerning .

Everything went to schedule. Trip was great. Driver was excellent and tour guide helpful and knowledgeable.

I cannot recommend this tour enough ! Excellent safe driver with excellent information throughout the whole day. Great stopping off points with time for lunch in lovely Tejeda ( not included in price ) and able to buy the famous almond cake from the bakery on the Main Street. Your holiday would not be complete without doing this tour !

On my birthday, 15-2, we did the Sparkle tour. We had a lovely day, thanks to our excellent driver Ibon and Dutch guide Fabricius Fabio. Most of the passengers were Dutch people (Fabio and Jan and me too) but Fabio told everything in English and Dutch for the two English people. We learned a lot about Grand Canaria and saw the beautiful part of Grand Canaria. It was a very interesting day. We recommend the trip with these two man!
