Katamaran-Bootsfahrt (4 Stunden)

Absolutely amazing from booking to departing the boat. Cris was super helpful when I booked and kept me updated with details. Transfer picked us up from hotel and took us straight to harbour to the boat. Once on board the crew was super friendly and welcoming. Banana boat included in price was a great added bonus and was enjoyed by our whole party. We purchased jetskis and crazy water sport whilst on board at half price. Both activities was amazing. Lunch was great, which was chicken, potatoes and salad which was great whilst on board. We had a fantastic trip and would recommend using Discover Gran Canaria if considering booking trips. Will definitely use again 😊

Very nice catamaran, not too busy. Lots of space that relax. Valerie was very pleasant on board. Lunch was casual, tasty. Although I don't eat chicken fish or a vegetarian option would be nice. Cristiano from the sales team us amazing as his job. From start, to finish. He even text to see that the driver had picked us u etc. Excellent communication and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend the host trip. Also my son loved the banana boats, such a great idea for a stop off and included in the price. They also offered a photo service which was a nice takeaway. We didn't spot any dolphins, but that's nature. Thanks guys.

We were hoping to have the fun of our lifetime. But it’s not like that. It is bit over hyped.
Pluses first -
1) They arrange the transport from hotel so super convenient.
2) Affordable as a family activity together.
3) Beer and food was good even though we were limited by vegetarian diet.
Minuses -
1) They take a family photo only at the beginning even before riding the boat and try to sell it. But NO photos of any activity you do as a part of the tour. So you won’t have any memories for your self or to show around.
2) The activity they claim to include as snorkelling is actually not snorkelling. Because you imagine seeing reefs and sea life under the clear waters. But it actually is just sea swimming in deep water in front of the boat. You don’t see a bit under the water and all you get is a mask which you don’t even need to bother. It is fun swimming in the sea but it’s not snorkelling.
3) The life jackets they provide for the banana boat ride are horribly smelly. I wanted to get out of it as soon as possible.
4) The transition from banana boat to the catamaran boat is just by jumping in water with the life vest. It’s nerve wracking for people who don’t know swimming. They just say you will be fine with the life jacket. I had to assist my wife to get to the boat.
Because of the negatives taking 1 star off.

Great experience from start to finish - amazing transportation, had a great time, entertaining throughout, good value for money, plenty of drinks and snacks and was overall a great experience - would deffo recommend to all

Celebramos una despedida de soltera y fue una experiencia increíble. Desde el principio nos dieron mucha seguridad y muy buena atención. Nos dieron toda la información necesaria y no tuvimos ningún problema de comunicación ya que siempre estaban disponibles. Aprovechamos mucho las 4 horas, vimos delfines, bailamos, cantamos, hicimos snorkel, montamos en la banana hinchable y nos reímos muchísimo. Nos dieron comida típica de Canarias y nunca nos faltó la bebida. Fue un viaje de 10 y estamos muy agradecidos con todos, especialmente con Brenda que se convirtió en una amiga más. Repetimos sin duda!!!
