Evidentemente el momento de los delfines fue muy bonito. Aunque solo fueron 15 min para no molestarlos en su habitad natural. El resto 1:45h fue travesรญa hacia alta mar. La espera para subir al barco fue larga. Y el barco estaba bastante sucio en general. No repetirรฉ ni lo recomiendo.

Nos gustarรญa seรฑalar que su visita fue el 16 de agosto, una de las fechas con mayor afluencia de todo el aรฑo en Gran Canaria. En dรญas asรญ, todas las embarcaciones operan a plena capacidad y, aunque los equipos hacen todo lo posible por mantener el orden y la limpieza, entendemos que el ambiente puede ser mรกs intenso de lo habitual. No obstante, se trata de un catamarรกn con capacidad para mรกs de 200 personas, y durante el recorrido es normal que, a pesar de las limpiezas continuas, se generen momentos de desorden o suciedad puntual.
Respecto a la duraciรณn del avistamiento, entendemos su impresiรณn, pero es importante tener en cuenta que el tour contratado es de 2 horas, y la zona habitual de avistamiento de delfines se encuentra a unas 3 millas nรกuticas de la costa. Esto implica que una parte importante del recorrido se dedica naturalmente al trayecto de ida y vuelta. Aun asรญ, lograr ver delfines en su hรกbitat natural, aunque sea durante unos minutos, es una experiencia que muchos valoran enormemente.
Para quienes desean una experiencia mรกs extensa, existen opciones de tours de 3 y hasta 4 horas, que permiten pasar mรกs tiempo en el mar e incluyen otras actividades complementarias.
Lamentamos que su sensaciรณn general haya sido negativa, pero creemos sinceramente que una valoraciรณn de una estrella no refleja adecuadamente la calidad global de esta actividad, que mantiene una media de 4.8 estrellas basada en miles de experiencias positivas, presentes no solo en nuestra web, sino tambiรฉn en la de decenas de otros centros de excursiones y competidores que ofrecen exactamente el mismo tour.

Iโve been on that boat several times and I always saw dolphins. Sometimes even whales and turtles!
Itโs an awesome experience and a wonderful, friendly and helpful crew..
Be aware that it can me sunny - itโs the canary island guysโฆ bring sunscreen and a cap or go in the lower part of the boat where itโs shady.

the jet ski safari was so fun! highly recommend this activity if looking for a thrill whole on the island

If I could give 6 stars I would. Fantastic trip, kids and adults loved it. We went on the speed boat, banana boat and jet skis. They went out of their way to ensure everyone had fun. I felt like a celebrity living the rich life even if. It was only a morning. The staff were so friendly from the pick up service to the deck crew , food was fab and all inclusive drinks were on offer to. If I. Could afford to go again the next day I would 100% do it . Africat - thank you so much. Only suggestion I have is to offer discount for another trip ๐ I canโt say anything negative. Just book it, you wonโt regret it .

A mi me atendiรณ Cristiano y la verdad que no tengo ninguna queja, una persona muy atenta y en lo que puede te facilita la experiencia. Nosotros cogimos la experiencia de la ruta en buggy y tanto la ruta como los monitores fueron una experiencia muy agradable

Tobias was fantastic and sorted us with every trip we wanted and was never pushy at all and gave us fab advice that saved us money!
We had a brilliant time scooting about the island on our moped, LOVED the jet ski safari (much better than 15min jet ski)
And the dolphin boat trip (8 person boat) was just perfect for us!

I went parasailing with my two kids through Excursions Gran Canaria, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our entire holiday! From start to finish, everything was organised perfectly. The staff were warm, professional, and made us feel completely safe and excited for the adventure ahead.
A huge shoutout to Cristiano, who was our main point of contact. He went above and beyond โ arranging smooth pick-up and drop-off from our hotel and making sure everything ran seamlessly. His friendly and caring attitude made us feel completely at ease, and the whole process was stress-free thanks to him.
The parasailing itself? Absolutely breathtaking! Floating high above the sparkling Atlantic with panoramic views of Gran Canaria โ it felt like a dream. My kids were thrilled, and Iโll never forget the joy on their faces.

Went on this trip this morning Thursday 17th July. We saw pilot whales and blue nosed dolphins. The crew were attentive informative and knowledgeable. Fabulous trip , canโt thank everyone enough for a wonderful morning.

We hired a yacht for a 3 hour excursion out of Puerto Mogan via Discover Gran Canaria. It was a great adventure and we were picked up and dropped back to our accommodation in Playa del Ingles. The boat was a bit of an old war horse but for the price was great value! We did a bit of snorkling, paddle boarding and swimming and the run along the coast west of Puerto Mogan was nothing short of stunning. Highly recommended - a similar yacht hire in say Ibiza would be three times the price.
13 of us had a private yacht for 4 hours. It was a pleasant experience, the captain taught the young one to sail. Highly recommended and will book again in the future.
