How do I book a trip?

Choose the tour you prefer and click BOOK NOW. Select the day from the calendar and reserve your place. At the checkout you will pay just the deposit that is indicated in the form and the rest of the balance on the day of the trip, both cash or card.

What does it happen when I book my trip?

As soon as you send your booking request and payment of the deposit is processed,  will a confirmation from our system, with date of the trip, number of partecipants, time of your pick up and confirmation of the deposit received. In case you don’t receive our confirmation emai during the 5 minutes after booking, pls check also your spam folder, just in case.
If our email is not even in the spam folder, pls contact us here: booking@discovergrancanaria.net and we will send your confirmation manually to you.

Is transport from and to my hotel included?

Yes, if your hotel is located in the area from San Agustin to Mogan. Pick up infos and system are different from tour to tour. During the booking you will asked for pick up infos and will receive by email all the details for your pick up according to the tour booked.

What does it mean "dolphin see guarantee"?

The excursions and tours showing this guarantee offer you an extra ticket for the same trip (the first 2 hrs of the trip for the supercat premium), in case you don’t see dolphins when you go on the trip.

Do I need to print my reservation?

All our partners accept the confirmation email and messages you receive as “ticket”, but if you want to print your confirmation, that’s fine!

I do not find the activity I am looking, why?

If the activity you are looking for is among the ones which involves the explotation, mistreatment, violence,  mistreatment or killing of animals such as fishing, parks, camle rides etc you will not find it here! for all the other cases, please contact our support here: info@discovergrancanaria.net

Do you offer special discount for groups and big families?

How can I pay?

We accept all the main credit and debit cards, paypal and apple pay: all payments are processed inside a safe, protected and encrypeted area.

What is your refund policy?

In case of cancellation by the operator (e.g. due to bad weather), you will receive a new tour date or an immediate refund of the deposit. For any other reason deposit reservations are non-refundable or you can ask to slide to the next available trip, operated by the same organizer (e.g. if you cancel a jeep safari, you can use the deposit to book a vip private tour).
