NB: To rent a 125cc scooter, the driver must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid motorcycle driving licence (Category A), or
  • Hold a valid car driving licence (Category B) issued at least 3 years ago

Rental requirements

To rent a 125cc scooter, the driver must meet one of the following requirements:

  • Hold a valid motorcycle driving licence (Category A), or
  • Hold a valid car driving licence (Category B) issued at least 3 years ago

The original physical driving licence must be presented at pick-up: digital copies or photos are not accepted.

  • Passport or ID required
  • 16-digit credit or debit card
  • Deposit €100 (refunded when returning the scooter) 

Note: Non-EU driving licences may require an international driving permit, depending on the country of issue.

Security deposit
  • €100 (released after returning the scooter)
Responsibility

Client is responsible for:

  • Theft
  • Loss of keys
  • Damage not covered by basic insurance

In case of accident:

  • Customer must notify us immediately
  • Police report may be required
Insurance Information

Scooters are insured in accordance with Spanish law, including mandatory and voluntary third-party liability coverage and legal assistance.

Insurance DO NOT include:

Damage to the scooter, theft, and loss of the vehicle are not covered.

Note: We recommend having personal travel or health insurance for additional protection.
