Hola, estuve ayer viviendo esta experiencia y fue completamente INCREÍBLE, tanto por la experiencia en sí como por las personas encargadas de ella. En concreto, Lucían, Manolo y, sobre todo, Eloy. Su actitud, entusiasmo y cercanía hacen que la experiencia se viva al 1000%, muchísimo más de lo que normalmente podría vivirse sin un monitor como él. Porque, sinceramente, más que llevarme solo el recuerdo de esta experiencia, me gustaría llevarme a Eloy conmigo a GRANADA. Sin duda, personas así hacen que una experiencia ya increíble se convierta en algo verdaderamente inolvidable. ¡Gracias por todo! ❤️
We had a wonderful time watching pods of dolphins swimming by the boat and jumping out of the water. We also saw flying fish which was a bonus! Prompt pick up from our hotel, 2hrs 15 minutes at sea, seating on deck or under cover. The glass bottom wasn't great as we didn't see anything there, but the dolphins were awesome.
Aus Altersgründen zunächst ausgeschlossen und dann doch getraut: es war grandios. Wir sind sehr froh, es gewagt zu haben. Egal ob 11 oder 72 ein tolles Erlebnis. Sehr professionell und sicher. Der Atlantik liegt glitzernd unter uns. Die Küste bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht. Machen, einfach machen !

Wir haben über Discover Cran Canaria gebucht für 5 Personen, Abholung vorm Hotel war super. Man könnte bequem direkt auf's Boot steigen und alle an Board waren sehr hilfsbereit. Flug war wahnsinnig toll, man wurde direkt vom Boot in dir Luft gelassen und auch direkt aufs Boot zurück geholt. Also für alle Angsthase (Höhe, Wasser) überhaupt kein Problem. Wir als Family fanden es sehr schön.

Communicatie vooraf erg correct! Buggytour bestrijkt lokale omgeving nabij vertrek. Pad slingert doorheen heuvels rondom vertrekplaats en duurt ruim 2 uur. De rit richt zich vooral op het technisch rijden/ ietwat opbouwend qua moeilijkheid/ en niet zozeer op snelheid. Doorheen de tour kan je een 4-tal keer wisselen van chauffeur. Al bij al leuke activiteit maar ietwat eentonig qua beleving. Pick up en afzet eveneens erg correct!
From the start, really enthusiastic and fun staff got everyone in the party mood whilst delivering the briefing. The buggies were fantastic fun and we had one of our best days eith the guys from this well organised fun tour. Would definitely recommend
Wir waren am 07.07. auf der Panoramatour und was sollen wir sagen? Es war der Wahnsinn! Wir haben so viel tolle Spots gesehen und sehr viel über die Insel, die Klimazonen, die Einheimischen sowie über die wildwachsenden Kräuter etc erfahren. Und unser Reiseführer war ein super toller Kerl. An dieser Stelle nochmal ein herzliches Dank an Kevin☺️

There wasn't a glass bottom to the boat, but we saw a pod of atlantic spotted dolphins, a turtle and a bunch of flying fish

We had the privilege of experiencing our engagement on this amazing boat. The hosts Cris & Maria were absolutely incredible from pickup to leaving the boat. They made our whole engagement so special all the little touches and effort they put in to make sure we had the best day. We had a gorgeous lunch and drinks and Maria took the most beautiful photos and videos documenting our experience. We would highly recommend this experience for any occasion if you really want some luxury and comfort. We took part in the VW BEATLE CABRIOLET TOUR JUST YESTERDAY AND WHAT A FABULOUS DAY WE HAD ……. We were collected from our hotel Lopesan Melonaras nice and early and taken to wear we picked up the Beatles. given a good briefing and everything a little our tour was explained before getting our cars… Placido was entertaining and knowledgeable and at each stop we were given loads of history about the island….. we had plenty of coffee stops and a little brunch was included up the mountain. This was my first time driving abroad and although the roads up to the mountain are in excellent condition (unlike in the UK) they are a little ‘hairy’ at times with lots of hairpin turns! However , do not let that put you off , the trip is soooo much fun and we had the best time…. Would definitely book with Buggy Pirates again.
We have just had a wonderful tour of the beautiful Gran Canaria, and what made this experience truly amazing was the tour guide Jerr (jeremy) he was fantastic from the moment he picked us up to the very second he dropped us off! His knowledge of the island was impeccable and never stopped talking all day! His manners and politeness were commendable, and also his driving was spot on. Die Panorama Tour auf Gran Canaria war für uns ein absolut unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Insel zeigt so viele unterschiedliche Landschaften und wunderschöne Aussichtspunkte – einfach traumhaft.
Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön geht an unseren Reiseleiter Kevin. Mit seinem großen Wissen über die Insel, seiner offenen und humorvollen Art und den vielen interessanten Geschichten hat er die Tour wirklich besonders gemacht. Man merkt sofort, dass er seinen Job mit Leidenschaft macht. Wir haben viel gelernt, viel gelacht und uns die ganze Zeit sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Tour war perfekt organisiert, abwechslungsreich und voller beeindruckender Eindrücke. Wer Gran Canaria wirklich kennenlernen möchte, sollte diese Panorama Tour unbedingt machen – am besten mit Kevin als Guide!

We booked the 2 hour Dolphin Search and Coast Tour on the Supercat Catamaran.
The supercat was comfortable and felt safe. The crew welcoming and helpful.
We left the coast and headed out to deeper water and then, as if by magic the dolphins appeared.
A couple swam close to the catamaran.
A short distance from the cat, on both sides were groups of dolphins
breaching in the water. One group was a nursery group.
We also saw flying fish and a roq whale.
A wonderful morning- we were so privileged.

We hebben onlangs een buggytocht gedaan op Gran Canaria met gemengde gevoelens.
Het ophalen en afzetten bij het hotel verliep netjes op tijd en volgens afspraak, wat een goed begin was. Bij aankomst kregen we echter een 4-persoons buggy in plaats van de geboekte 2-persoons variant. Uiteindelijk hadden we wel gewoon één buggy per twee personen (we waren met vier), dus dat was op zich prima opgelost.
De uitleg vooraf was erg minimaal. We kregen eigenlijk alleen te horen dat we de buggy niet in de L-stand mochten zetten, maar verdere instructies ontbraken. Tijdens de tocht reden we in een groep van zes buggy’s, met een gids voorop op een quad. Hij reed voorzichtig en hield ons goed in de gaten, wat in het begin prettig was om even te wennen.
Helaas bleef het tempo gedurende de hele tocht erg laag. Na bijna elke bocht werd er gestopt zodat iedereen weer kon aansluiten, waardoor we telkens tot stilstand kwamen. Hierdoor hebben we eigenlijk nergens echt lekker kunnen doorrijden, wat wel onze verwachting was van een buggy-ervaring.
Halverwege kreeg de gids pech met zijn quad en moest hij overstappen in een buggy. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg was, gingen tegen het einde (ongeveer een half uur voor terugkomst) ook nog twee buggy’s kapot. De inzittenden moesten verdeeld worden over de overige buggy’s, waarna we alleen nog maar stapvoets terug konden rijden naar het beginpunt.
Al met al teleurstellend in rijplezier, begeleiding en materiaal.

Buggy tours take place on demanding terrain and the vehicles are constantly under stress, so although regular maintenance and safety checks are carried out, unexpected breakdowns cannot always be predicted or avoided completely.

You mentioned yourself that the hotel transfers were punctual, the guide drove carefully, kept the group under control and made sure everyone stayed together throughout the excursion. Safety is always the number one priority on guided buggy tours, especially when participants have different levels of driving experience. For this reason, guides often maintain a controlled pace and regroup the convoy regularly.
We also feel it is important to add that this operator consistently receives a very high number of positive reviews from guests who enjoy the experience exactly because of the professional organisation and focus on safety. In fact, other participants from your same tour group also shared positive feedback after the activity.
